Linarc features a robust and well-organized cloud-based file repository for each managed project. This centralized storage allows project managers and other team members to efficiently store a wide range of files, including documents, plans, drawings, photos, presentations, and more. The repository also facilitates the seamless, secure, and selective sharing of files with other stakeholders.
- Safe online storage helps you protect and back up your valuable data, mission-critical, or otherwise important files.
- Users can retrieve the files they uploaded and those shared with them at any time and anywhere from any device they log into.
- The project repository aids in compiling relevant documents, images, videos, and other files while generating the project close-out document.
Each project-specific file storage comes preconfigured with three distinct drive types, designed to meet diverse collaboration and access needs:
1. Company Drive - Designed for sensitive and mission-critical files for sharing exclusively among project team members within your organization. It is ideal for housing internal documents, proprietary plans, contracts, and other confidential resources.
2. Project Drive - A collaborative workspace for sharing files and documents with team members from all companies involved in the project.
Users can organize documents using a predefined folder-subfolder hierarchy, which can be imported from company-level structures and/or created on an ad-hoc basis.
Folders can be configured with selective access permissions, allowing tailored sharing with specific team members.
This drive simplifies document management across multidisciplinary teams, promoting seamless collaboration.
3. System Drive - Automated archival of critical project documents, including RFIs, submittals, and change orders, which are saved as PDFs for easy access and sharing.
- Predefined folders organize documents by type, ensuring consistency and ease of retrieval.
- The files are shared among only those involved in the workflow of the respective documents
The repository also features a Trash folder to archive the folders and files removed from the drives.
