Files – An Overview

The Linarc project management console features a cloud repository for project managers to store a large volume of documents, plans, drawings, photos, presentations, and various other files pertaining to the project. The repository also facilitates the seamless and secure sharing of files with other stakeholders. 

• Safe online storage helps you protect and back up your valuable data, mission-critical, or otherwise important files.
• You can access and retrieve the files at any time and anywhere from any device you log into.  
• The repository ships with a predefined folder structure featuring strategically organized and aptly named folders and subfolders to efficiently manage files and documents across various categories.
• The predefined folder structure is managed at your company level.  
• You can add/remove/rename folders and subfolders at any time as per your requirements.
• The project documents, like RFIs, Submittals, and change orders, get auto-saved in the respective folders once they are closed, approved, and published.
• The project repository aids in compiling relevant documents, images, videos, and other files while generating the project close-out document.
