View Rejected and Canceled Change Orders

The 'Cancelled Change Orders' screen provides a comprehensive view of all Change Orders that were rejected during the approval process for a project.

  • For Owners/General Contractors: Displays the complete list of all canceled Change Orders.
  • For Subcontractors: Shows only the canceled Change Orders where the subcontractor was directly involved.

This feature ensures clarity and transparency in tracking Change Orders that did not proceed to approval.

To view the canceled change orders

  • Open the management console of the project
  • Click the app launcher and select 'Finance'
  • Click 'Change Order' on the top, then choose 'Cancelled' on the left

The list shows the canceled change orders with their details:

  • CO No.  - The serial number of the change order
  • Title - The subject of the change order.
  • W/O Sequence Type -  The category of the change order as per company-level classification
  • Created On - The date when the change order was added.
  • CompletedOn - The date of cancellation of the change order.
  • Total cost ($) - The overall cost proposed for the change work in US dollars.
  • CO Type - The category of the change order. 
  • Sheet Name - The plan sheet attached as reference, if any.
  • Priority - The criticality of the change order as specified by the creator
  • Sub Type - The sub-category of the change order, based on the category chosen under 'Type.'
  • Specification Code - The section in the project spec book related to the tasks and deliverables involved in the change work.
  • Due date - The date on or before which the change order should have been closed.
  • Contract Type - Whether the change order is contract change order or commitement change order.
