The Project Portfolio Change Order Report provides a statistical summary of change orders across the projects you manage. It categorizes change orders by status and criticality, offering a clear, structured view. The report also includes direct shortcuts to each project's Change Order module for quick access.

  • General Contractors – Gain full visibility into all change orders (COs) across their projects, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of schedule and budget adjustments on each project.
  • Subcontractors and Other Stakeholders – Can view statistics for COs where they are directly involved as creators, assignees, or approvers, across all their projects.
