The Project Portfolio Punchlist dashboard shows a statistical summary of the punchlist items pertaining to your projects. The table intuitively breaks down the number of PLIs based on their statuses and criticality. The report also provides shortcuts to the punchlist module of the respective projects.
- General Contractors - Have access to the statistics of all punchlist items across all projects they manage.
- Subcontractors and other stakeholders - Can view statistics only for punchlist items they created by and/or assigned to them, across all projects they are working on.
Roles and Permissions: The Project Portfolio report is available only to users with 'View' permission for the portfolio reports enabled in their role.
To view the portfolio Punchlist dashboard
- Ensure that you are in the portfolio console.
- To return to the portfolio console from any other part of the platform:
- Click the App Launcher button
in the top-right corner and select "Portfolio" from the dropdown.
- Click the App Launcher button
- Click 'Documents' on the top, then select 'RFI' on the left
The 'Default View' shows all the standard columns. However, you have the flexibility to customize the table by removing unwanted columns, and re-arranging the columns in the order you want to view. Additionally, you can save your customizations as a personalized view to quickly access your preferred table layout in the future. See Customize Columns in List Views for more details. Following is the list of all possible columns:
- Project Name - The name of the project. Click the name to open the RFI module of the project. See View RFIs for more details.
- Total Punchlist Items - The grand total number of RFI pertaining to the project
- Overdue - The number of RFIs whose due dates have past
- Status
- Open - PLIs assigned to the respective contractor and awaiting their response on whether they accept the work. This also includes items assigned to you that are pending your response.
- Drafts - PLIs created by you or your company staff that have not yet been assigned to a contractor.
- In Progress - PLI work items currently being executed by the assigned contractor.
- Resolved - Items reported as completed by the contractor but still awaiting review and approval by the creator.
- Work Accepted - Items that the assignee has accepted but have not yet been executed.
- Closed - Items that have been fully executed, reviewed, approved, and declared complete.
- Priority - Shows the numbers of punchlist items with different criticality levels - 'High,' 'Medium,' and 'Low.'
Search and filter options:
- Use the 'Search' box located at the top left to find any project using any value from the table as search criteria
- Right-click the column header and customize the display and order of the columns as you wish
- The options at the top right allow you to filter the entries, create nested groups of entries, and manage personalized and customized views of the table. Use the links below to learn more about these:
Download as Excel Sheet
- Click the
button at the top-right to save a local copy of the list in Excel format for sharing and record-keeping.
- By default, the filename is set to the current date, but you can customize it by entering a preferred name in the text box.
- Click 'Direct Download' to save the file on your device.
