The T&M module allows authorized field personnel to create tickets for out-of-scope tasks such as ad-hoc or evolving work from the field using their mobile device. Each ticket includes:
- A work description
- Estimated costs by category (labor, materials, equipment) with cost code
- Planned timeline, required manhours, crew size, and relevant attachments.
Once saved, the ticket is forwarded to the project manager for review.
To create a T & M ticket
- Open the T & M module of the project from the Linarc OneApp.
- Tap the plus button
at the bottom-right
The ticket creation wizard starts:
Enter the details and values:
- Ticket name - Enter a title for the T & M work shortly describing it
- Cost Code- The cost code of the work.
- Tap inside the field.
The cost codes for the T&M task in the company-level master list are shown:

- Crew and Effort hours - Enter the estimated number of crew members to be deployed and the total time required to complete the work.

- Tap the '+' button
- Select 'Camera' to instantly take a photo from your device camera and attach
- Select 'Library' to add an item from your device's gallery
- Repeat the process to add more attachments
- Once you are done, tap 'Request for Approval.'
The ticket moves to your project manager for their review.
