View Plan Sheets Referenced in Document Items

Modified on Wed, 21 Jan at 2:28 AM

Plan drawings provide visual context for project documents such as RFIs, submittals, change orders, and punch list items.

  • Plan sheets help identify the exact locations referenced in these documents.
  • Users can link drawings directly to the descriptions, questions, requests, or responses within RFIs, submittals, COs, and punch list items.

The 'Sheet Usage' screen provides a detailed view of which plan sheets are used as references across different project documents. It allows you to:

  • Identify the plan sheets linked to any specific project document.
  • Access the document where a particular plan sheet has been referenced.

This gives the construction team a clear understanding of how and where plan sheets are utilized throughout the project lifecycle.
