Publish Markups

Modified on Fri, 21 Nov at 2:31 AM

The markup elements added by you in a session are saved temporarily as drafts and are visible only for that session. In order to permanently save markups and share them with others, the sequence of markups is to be published as a group for each session.

Each markup element is shown as a layer under 'Draft' in the layer editor on the left.

To save and publish a markup

  • Ensure that you've added/ edited all the markups required in your plan sheet.

Once you are done with the markup elements, save the layer group as a markup :

  • Click on the element label on the layer editor and edit the label if necessary to keep your layers organized
  • Click the icon on the top right to save the markup

A dialog box appears with a default markup name,

  • Change the name for the markup if required and click 'OK.'

The markup is saved as personal markup. By default, the markup is set as private and visible only to the creator. To provide access to other team members, you need to share the markup. You can set access restrictions so that the markup is shared only with the persons and companies you specify. See Set Access Rights for Markups and Download Plan Sheet Markups for more guidance.
