The 'Completed Change Orders' interface shows closed and distributed change orders pertaining to a project.
- Owner/General contractor - List of all closed COs approved and awarded to respective contractors
- Subcontractor - List of COs awarded to their company
You can download a PDF version of any completed CO from this interface.
To view and download change orders
- Open the management console of the project
- Click the app launcher , then select 'Finance.'
- Click 'Change Order' on the top, then choose 'Completed' on the left
- Click the change order from the 'Bids in Process' column
- Select 'Completed' from the options on the left
The list shows the completed change orders with their details:
- CO No. - The serial number of the change order
- Title - The subject of the change order.
- W/O Sequence Type - The category of the change order as per company level classification
- Created On - The date when the change order was added.
- CompletedOn - The date of closure and distribution of the change order.
- Total cost ($) - The cost incurred by the change work in US dollars.
- CO Type - The category of the change order.
- Sheet Name - The plan sheet attached as reference, if any.
- Priority - The criticality of the change order as specified by the creator
- Sub Type - The sub category of the change order, based on the category chosen under 'Type.'
- Specification Code - The section in the project spec book related to the tasks and deliverables involved in the change work.
- Due date - The date on or before which the change order should have been approved and closed.
- Contract Type - Whether the change order is contract change order or commitement change order.
- PDF- View/download the Change Order document as a PDF file.
- Click the icon to view the CO. The PDF version opens in a new browser tab
- Click the icon to download the PDF file
Search and filter options:
- Use the 'Search' box located at the top left to find RFI using any value from the table as search criteria.
- The options at the top right allow you to filter the entries, create nested groups of entries, and manage personalized and customized views of the table.
