View and Download Completed COs

The 'Completed Change Orders' interface shows closed and distributed change orders pertaining to a project.

  • Owner/General contractor - List of all closed COs approved and awarded to respective contractors
  • Subcontractor - List of COs awarded to their company

You can download a PDF version of any completed CO from this interface.

Note:
  • When a Change Order is approved and closed, Linarc automatically generates and saves a PDF for archival.
  • This PDF is accessible from the Closed screen and the Project’s file repository, and is created using the active template of the stakeholder who closed the Change Order.

To view and download change orders

  • Open the management console of the project
  • Click the main menu at the top-left 
  • Click 'Change orders' under 'Financials & Controls' and click 'Boards' on the left 
  • Click 'Completed' on the left

The list shows the completed change orders with their details:

  • PDF- View/download the Change Order document as a PDF file. 
    • Click the icon to view the CO. The PDF version opens in a new browser tab
    • Click the icon to download the PDF file
  • CO No.  - The serial number of the change order
  • Title - The subject of the change order.
  • Sequence Type -  The category of the change order as per company-level classification
  • Created On - The date when the change order was added.
  • CompletedOn - The date of closure and distribution of the change order.
  • Total cost ($) - The cost incurred by the change work in US dollars.
  • CO Type - The category of the change order. 
  • Sheet Name - The plan sheet attached as a reference, if any.
  • Priority - The criticality of the change order as specified by the creator
  • Sub Type - The subcategory of the change order, based on the category chosen under 'Type.'
  • Specification Code - The section in the project spec book related to the tasks and deliverables involved in the change work.
  • Due date - The date on or before which the change order should have been approved and closed.
  • Contract Type - Whether the change order is a contract change order or a commitment change order.
  • Location - The location in the constructed structure to which the change order is related 
Search, Filter, and Sorting Options
  • Click the magnifier icon and use the 'Search' box located at the top left to find an entry using any value from the table as search criteria 
  • Click any column header to sort the rows in ascending or descending order based on that column's data.
  • Click the cog wheel icon at the top right to adjust the display density and customize the display and order of the columns. See Customize Columns in List Views.
  • The options at the top left allow you to filter the entries, create nested groups of entries, highlight cells and manage personalized and customized views of the table. Use the links below to learn more:
View Groups and Subtotals
  • Get totals and subtotals of numerical data for any selected set of records by grouping and applying nested grouping.
  • Use the icon at the top right to organize the data by column headers. The system automatically aggregates relevant numerical values, giving a structured breakdown and a clear view of the grand total distribution. See Group and Organize Items in a List View for more details
