Linarc allows you to add images and videos to any album at any time, making it easy to categorize and manage your visual content with convenience. Whether you're documenting progress, capturing key milestones, or building a visual project record, Linarc streamlines the entire process.

  • Easily upload new photos and videos or relocate existing ones into the appropriate albums for seamless organization.
  • Centralize your visual documentation by combining content from multiple trades and sources into a single, structured album — keeping everything clear and accessible.
  • Keep your albums organized and consistently updated with the latest visuals as your project advances.

To add photos or videos to an album

  • Ensure that you are in the 'Feeds' module. If not:
    • Open the project management console
    • Click the app launcher icon in the top-right and select 'Field'
    • Click 'Feeds' on the top

You can add images or videos to an album in two ways:

Upload New Photos or Videos

  • Click 'Albums' on the left

  • Click on the desired album to open it

  • Click the '+Upload' button on the top right

  • Click 'Browse' and navigate to the image file you want to upload.
    • Alternatively, drag and drop the image into the box

Add from Existing Media

You can add items from any of the automatically created collections in the 'Feeds' module to any desired albums. A single item can be included in any number of albums.

Open the 'All' screen to select any media

For quicker access to specific items, open the relevant collection from the 'Videos, ' 'Trades,' or 'Timeline'

  • Hover the mouse over the image or the video file, and click the check box on the top left of the thumbnail to select it
  • Repeat the process to select more items

Note: Click the 'Clear Selection' button in the top-right to remove the selected images or videos and start a new selection.
  • Click the 'Add to Album' button at the top right

The select album pop-up opens:

  • Select the 'Existing' button and click the dropdown to expand the list of albums available.

  • Select the desired album and click the 'OK' button

The selected images/videos are added to the respective album.
