View Feeds in the Trash Bin

The photo and video item deleted from the project feeds from any screen like All, Videos, Timeline, Trade or Albums are moved to Trash, where they remain until permanently removed. You can view and manage the contents of the Trash bin at any time. To keep your workspace organized, items no longer needed can be permanently deleted to eliminate clutter.

To open the trash 

  • Ensure that you are in the 'Feeds' module. If not:
    • Open the project management console
    • Click the app launcher icon in the top-right and select 'Field'
    • Click 'Feeds' at the top and 'Trash' on the left

Permanently Delete Images and Videos

You can delete images and videos permanently from your project feeds

  • Ensure you are in the 'Trash' screen. 
  • Locate the media you want to restore. Use  the button at the top right to quickly find the media. See Apply Filters for more details.
  • Hover the mouse over the image or the video file you need to restore and click the check box on the top leftof the thumbnail to select

Similarly, select the images and videos you want to delete at once

Note: Click the 'Clear Selection' button in the top-left to remove the selected images or videos and start a new selection.


  • Click the 'Clear from Trash' button on the top right

Confirm the number of images/videos you want to permanently delete by entering the same on the confirmation popup that appears

  • Click the button

Your images/videos are permanently deleted from linarc's database.

Apply Filters

Use the Filter option to quickly locate the media you are looking for. You can automatically retrieve images and videos based on creator, company, module, or date filters. For more accurate results, combine multiple filters to refine your search with precision. 

To apply filters

  • Click the button at the top right

  • Choose a criteria you want to filter by
    • Use the search box at the top to find the desired filter criteria
  • Select a condition for the value

  • Enter the filter value
  • Click ‘Apply’ to filter the feeds based on your selection

  • Click 'Add Filter' and repeat the process to combine multiple filters
  • Click the 'Delete' icon to remove filters
