View and Manage Video Feeds

The 'Videos' screen in the Linarc Feeds module organizes all videos uploaded for the project, including those you've saved and those shared with you by team members from any collaborating company. You can view and download videos directly from this screen. Use the links below to navigate to the section you need help with:

View Video Feeds

  • Ensure that you are in the 'Videos' screen of the 'Feeds' module. If not:
    • Open the project management console
    • Click the app launcher icon in the top-right and select 'Field'
    • Click 'Feeds' on the top and select 'Video' on the left

You can watch the uploaded video files directly from the thumbnail view, in picture-in-picture mode, or full-screen mode. 

  • Place the mouse on the desired video to preview in the thumbnail view
  • Click the play button to play the video in thumbnail view
  • Click on the video file to open
  • From this screen, you can perform the following actions on the video:

    • Click  button to play the video
    • Click button and drag the slider to adjust the volume of the video
    • Click  to watch the video in full screen
    • Click the vertical ellipses at the bottom for the following actions 
      • Adjust the playback speed of the video
      • View the video in Picture in Picture mode.

Edit the Details of the Video

  • Open the video file as mentioned above
  • Click the 'Pencil' icon on the top right

The 'Edit Feed' pop up opens:

  • Edit the necessary details:
    • Feed Name - The label of the image file uploaded. By default, it is populated with the file name of the video. 
    • Site Location - Area in the project site depicted in the image. 
    • Description - A short explanation of the image 
  • Click the 'Update Feeds' button to save your changes.
