Linarc gives you the tools to create and manage organized media albums tailored to different categories and project requirements throughout the entire lifecycle. With Linarc, you can:

  • Create new albums with clear, customizable labels, and seamlessly add photos and videos from any group at any stage of the project.
  • Easily remove or update media items to ensure your albums stay relevant and accurate.
  • Leverage albums for multiple purposes, such as generating time-lapse videos for project close-out, showcasing progress to stakeholders, or maintaining visual records for compliance and reporting.

You can create an album collection in two ways:

Create a New Empty Album

  • Ensure that you are in the 'Album' screen of the 'Feeds' module. If not:
    • Open the project management console
    • Click the app launcher icon in the top-right and select 'Field'
    • Click 'Feeds' on the top and select 'Albums' on the left

  • Click '+Create' button on the top right

  • Enter a label for the album and click 'Create Album.'

A new album is created and shown as a tile.

Create a New Album from Selected Photos and Videos

You can directly select items from any Feeds screen and group them into a new album. Additional items can be added to the same album at any time.

  • Ensure that you are in the desired screen in the 'Feeds' module. If not:
    • Open the project management console
    • Click the app launcher icon in the top-right and select 'Field'
    • Click 'Feeds' on the top
    • Open any of 'All,' 'Videos,' 'Trades,' and 'Timeline' from which you want to create an album
  • Place your mouse over an image, then select the checkbox that appears at the top-left
  • Select the photos you want to group as the new album
  • Click 'Add to Album' at the top-right
  • Select 'New' in the 'select Album' dialog

  • Enter a label for the Album and click 'Create'
