View Crew Activity Logs

Modified on Tue, 1 Apr at 3:40 AM

The 'Crew Logs' screen enables project managers to review detailed records of activities performed and tasks worked on by each crew member throughout the project’s duration. It provides granular insights, including the start and end times of each activity. The data is sourced from crew members' timesheet entries, either submitted directly by them or entered by the responsible foremen. The activities also include daily huddles.
To view the crew logs

  • Open the project management console
  • Click the app launcher and select 'Field'
  • Click 'My Crew' on the top, then select 'Crew Logs' from the left

The Crew Logs screen displays a comprehensive list of tasks and activities carried out by each crew member. Every task executed by every crew member is represented as a separate row in the table, ensuring clear and structured tracking of workforce activity.

The 'Default View' shows all the standard columns. However, you can customize the table by removing the columns you don't want to see, by right-clicking on the column header, deselecting the columns, and re-arranging the columns in the order you want to view. See Customize Columns in List Views for more details. Following is the list of all possible columns:

  • Site User - The crew member associated with the task
  • Foreman - The foreman responsible for the shift in which he task was executed
  • Shift - The work shift in which the task was worked on
  • Work Date - The date of the activity/task
  • Start Time - The time at which the crew member started working on the item
  • End Time - The time at which the crew member ended working on the item
  • Work Hours - The cumulative work duration the crew member spent on the work
  • Task Name - The label of the task/activity
