Linarc lets you generate on-demand payroll for any custom time period.

  • Generate payroll for specific period for field crews, regardless of the scheduled payroll cycle
  • Create payroll for persons for whom the payroll processing failed during an automatic payroll generation cycle due to late approval of time card entries.
  • Initiate a manual payroll processing for individuals in need of immediate compensation.

Generate on-demand payroll

  • Open the payroll console.
  • Click 'Payroll' on the top and Select the 'Current payroll' on the left.

The current payroll interface shows the up-to-date payroll calculated till the end of the previous day from the last payroll generation day, by default.

  • Total CTC - The total amount of money to be paid to the employee for the current payroll period, that is, from the last payroll generation day to the current day.
  • Start date - The date on which the employee began their work during the current payroll cycle.
  • End date - The last date on which the employee performed work during the current payroll cycle.
  • Use the 'From' and 'To' date fields at the top left if you want to view the payroll for a specific date range.

The payroll for the given period is calculated and saved in the 'All payroll' screen. You can view the details of the payroll and download them anytime. See View and download payrolls for more details.
