View Earnings Details of an Employee

The Linarc payroll console ensures real-time updates by automatically retrieving attendance data from timecards on a daily basis. The 'Employee Payroll Info' screen provides the payroll information of all employees who have worked on different projects in the field. You can view,

  • The earning details for the current payroll of an employee, that is, from the date of the last payroll to the current date, or any period within the current payroll cycle.
  • The earning details of an employee for an already generated or processed payroll cycle.
  • The earning details of an employee for a particular date in the current or previous payroll cycle with the details of the tasks they worked on in different projects.

You can view the earning details of any employee during the following periods:

View employee earnings for the current payroll cycle

  • Open the payroll console
  • Click 'Payroll' on the top and Select the 'Current payroll' on the left

The current payroll interface shows the up-to-date payroll calculated till the end of the previous day from the last payroll generation day, by default. 

  • Use the 'From' and 'To' date fields at the top left if you want to view the payroll for a specific date range if required.
  • Click the employee name to open their respective earning details 
  • Click the date tab to view earning details of that particular date.

The earning details for the current payroll or the specific date range selected are shown:

  • Period Information- The overview of earning details of the employee for the selected period.
    • Total hours worked - 
    • Total amount to pay - 
    • Earning to date - 
    • Earning this month - 

The employee payroll details table has the following information:

  • Project name - Name of the projects worked during that day. 
  • Task - The name of the task/schedule item undertaken by the employee on that day. The color code indicator corresponds to the task codes of the assigned schedule items.
  • Start - Time of start of the particular task.
  • End - Finishing time of the particular task.
  • Total hours - The total manhours of the employee for the task.
  • Total cost - The total amount to be paid to the employee (in US dollars). 

View employee earnings for previous payroll cycles

  • Open the payroll console.
  • Click 'Payroll' on the top and click 'All Payroll' on the left.

The 'All Payrolls' interface shows the list of all the generated payrolls in chronological order. 

  • Click the desired payroll and open the payroll information.
  • Click the employee name to open their respective earning details.
  • Click the date tab to view earning details of that particular date.
