View Current Payroll

Modified on Wed, 30 Oct at 3:42 AM

The Linarc payroll console updates payroll on a daily basis by automatically fetching the attendance data of each employee from the timecards.

The 'Current Payroll' interface shows the payroll updated till the end of the previous day. The period covered by the current payroll is from the date of the last payroll to the current date.

Current payroll

  • Open the payroll console.
  • Click 'Payroll' on the top and Select the 'Current payroll' on the left.

The current payroll interface shows the up-to-date payroll calculated till the end of the previous day from the last payroll generation day by default. It also includes the records of employees whose payroll generation failed during the last payroll cycle for various reasons, like the foreman's approval pending.
