View T&M Reports

The T&M Reports screen offers a comprehensive view of the consolidated cost details for Time and Material (T&M) work carried out by contractors on the project so far.

  • General Contractors can access and review the cost details for T&M work performed by all subcontractors involved in the project.
  • Subcontractors can view only the cost details related to their own T&M work.

To view the T&M Reports

  • Ensure that you are on the T&M Reports screen. If not:,
    • Open the project management console
    • Click the app launcherand select 'Finance'
    • Click 'T & M' on the top.
    • Select 'Reports' from the left

The 'Default View' shows all the standard columns. However, you can customize the table by removing the columns you don't want to see, by right-clicking on the column header and deselecting the columns, and re-arranging the columns in the order you want to view. See Customize Columns in List Views for more details. Following is the list of all possible columns:

  • Contractor - Displays the name of the general contractor or subcontractor company.
  • Total Tickets - The total number of T&M tickets associated with the contractor that have been completed, closed, and approved.
  • Est. Total Value - The combined estimated value of all closed T&M tickets submitted by the contractor.
  • Estimated - Provides a detailed breakdown of the estimated costs for labor, material, and equipment across all approved tickets.
  • Actual - Displays the consolidated actual costs incurred for labor, material, and equipment based on all approved tickets submitted by the contractor.

Search and filter options:

Download as Excel Sheet

  • Click the 'Download' button at the top-right to save a local copy of the list in Excel format for sharing and record-keeping

  • File Name - The filename is automatically set to the date on which you download the data. Enter your preferred name in the text box to override the default.
  • Click the 'Direct Download' button to save the file directly to your device.

You can also save the file on the Linarc's cloud-based project file repository. This allows you to share it with other team members. The folder's access permissions determine which team members can view or edit the file.

  • Company Drive - Share with the project team members from your organization:
    • Select the folder that corresponds to your company name
    • Navigate to the desired folder and click 'Save.'
  • Project Drive - Share with the construction team members from any stakeholder organization: 
    • Select 'Project Drive'.
    • Navigate to the appropriate folder and click 'Save.'
