Linarc allows you to add new tags to organize project-related images and videos in Feeds. These tags help classify media uploaded directly to Feeds or collected from other modules such as, Punch List items, and T&M bills. By creating tags, project managers and field teams can ensure that related visuals are easy to find, track, and reference across the project.
Using the Create Tags page, you can:
Add new tags to classify media by task, location, or activity.
Streamline media organization so tagged items are easily searchable and accessible.
Maintain a structured system for project visuals, supporting progress tracking and documentation.
Linarc allows you to create tags in two ways
Create from the Tags screen
Ensure you are in the 'Tags' screen of the Feeds module. If not,

in the top-right and select 'Field' - Click 'Feeds' at the top and 'Tags' on the left

- Click the
button on the top right
- Enter a label for the tag
- Click the
button to create the tag
A blank page for the tag is created. You can now directly upload media to this page from the tag screen.
Upload media to a tag
- Click the '+' icon on the tag page if you are uploading media to the tag for the first time.
Alternatively,
- Click the desired tag to open and click '+Upload' on the top right
Click 'Browse' and navigate to the image file you want to upload. Alternatively, drag and drop the image into the box.
Create a Tag Directly from a Media Item
Ensure you are in the All Feeds screen.

- Click the
icon that appears on the top right of the image

button to create the tag
The tag is created, and the media file is automatically grouped to that tag. Click here to get more guidance on viewing the media grouped under a tag. You can also add multiple tags to one media file. See Add and Manage Tags in Feeds to know more.
