The project dashboard serves as a centralized command center for site superintendents and foremen, giving them real-time access to daily site activities and streamlining field reporting.

To open the project dashboard
- Select the project and tap 'Dashboard' at the bottom of the project home screen
The dashboard contains multiple sections to show the statistics and contains shortcuts for action items as tiles. The dashboard also allows you to alter the layout of the tiles at your convenience.
To change the tile layout
- Long press a tile and move it to the desired location.
- Repeat the process until you get your desired layout
Manage Inspection Items (PLIs)
The "Inspection" tile displays all punchlist items (PLIs) that are currently open or in progress and still awaiting resolution.
- Tap an item to open it.
- For open items assigned to your company, you can accept the work. See Accept or Dispute a Punchlist Item for more guidance.
- For completed work, mark it as resolved, based on your physical inspection. See Resolve a PLI to learn more.
Approve Items (PLIs & T&M Tickets)
The "Awaiting Approval" tile provides a consolidated list of punchlist items (PLIs) and T&M tickets that require your review and approval.
- T&M Tickets – Displays work items that are either in progress or completed, but still pending your approval.
- Punchlist Items – Shows items that have been marked as resolved and are now awaiting your final approval.
To take action:
Tap any item in the list to open its details.
Conduct a physical inspection of the completed work.
Take the appropriate action based on your assessment. For step-by-step guidance, refer to:

View Contractors & Active Tasks
The "Onsite Contractor" tile displays the list of contractors present on site for the current day, along with the number of tasks and work items each is actively working on.
- Tap a contractor to view a list of their ongoing tasks on the right, along with summary details for each.
- Tap a specific task to open its full details.
- If the task has been pulled and executed by you, you can:
- Assign additional crew members
- Add notes or comments
- Update progress
- Perform other task management actions

Browse Site Images
The "Site Images" tile displays a gallery of image thumbnails captured and uploaded from the site throughout the project. These include the images uploaded by you in various points in time and those uploaded by others and shared with you.
- Tap the tile to open the image feed in full-screen view.
- Click any thumbnail to view the full-size image with more detail.
View Reported Safety Incidents
The 'Report Incidents' tile shows the list of safety incidents and accidents reported from the site to the office in the current day. The tile also acts as a shortcut to report any new incident.
- To report a new incident, tap the header of the 'Report Incidents' tile.
This opens the Safety Incident module, to submit the details of the new incident. See Report Safety Incidents for more guidance.
Log Material and Equipment Deliveries
The 'Delivery Log' tile enables you to record details of materials, equipment, or other items delivered, or scheduled for delivery to the site. These entries are automatically included in the daily site report submitted to the office.
To add a delivery entry
- Tap the ‘+’ icon at the top right corner of the Delivery Log tile.
- Fill in the required details:
- Name - The name of the material or equipment.
- Ordered Quantity - The quantity or count originally ordered.
- Delivered Quantity - The actual quantity or count received or arriving.
- Delivery Status - Specify whether the item is already delivered or expected soon.
- Tap 'Save' to add the entry.
- Repeat the steps to log additional deliveries.
Track Equipment Usage
The 'Equipment Usage' tile allows you to log details of machinery and equipment used on site for various tasks. These entries are automatically included in the daily site report sent to the office.
To add an equipment usage entry
- Tap the ‘+’ icon at the top right corner of the 'Equipment Usage' tile.
- Fill in the required details:
- Equipment Name - The name of the equipment or machinery.
- Usage - A brief description of the task it was used for, including the time or duration of use.
- Tap 'Save' to add the entry.
- Repeat the steps to add more equipment usage logs.
Add Comments & Notes
The 'Notes' tile allows enter any observations, comments, messages, notes, per se, to add to the daily report. These entries are automatically included in the daily site report sent to the office.
To add a note or comment
- Tap the ‘+’ icon at the top right corner of the 'Notes' tile.
- Enter your message in the text box that appears
- Tap 'Save' to add the entry.
- Repeat the steps to add more comments and notes.
Enter Visitor Logs
The "Visitor Log" tile allows you to record details of external individuals who visited the site on the current day. Visitors may include representatives from project stakeholders, such as owners, regulatory authorities, consultants, or other third parties. These entries are automatically included in the daily site report submitted to the office.
To add a visitor log entry:
- Tap the ‘+’ icon at the top right corner of the Visitor Log tile.
- Enter the following details:
- Name – The full name of the individual or group who visited the site.
- Description – A brief summary of the visit, including the purpose, time spent on site, key discussions, or messages exchanged.
- Tap 'Save' to add the entry.
- Repeat the steps to log additional visitor entries as needed.
Submit the Daily Report
Once the day’s site activities and events have been progressively logged, the site superintendent can finalize and submit the daily report—complete with their signature—as the official site journal.
To submit the report
- Tap Journal at the top right of the screen
- Review the summary screen displaying all logged entries and site activity for the day.
- Tap 'Add Signature'
- If a signature is already saved in your user profile, it will auto-populate.
- If not, you will be prompted to draw and save your signature.
- Tap 'Verify and Submit' to forward the completed daily report to the office.
