Complete and Submit a Checklist

Modified on Mon, 28 Apr at 5:22 AM

The 'Checklist' module gives you direct access to all checklists assigned to you. It allows you to review and complete the checklist items related to a specific event or inspection task. As you perform the task, you can enter relevant details for each item directly.

Once all checklist items are completed, you can submit the checklist to the assignor for review and record-keeping. Upon submission, your signature is automatically appended to the checklist as a form of endorsement, and it is then forwarded to the assignor.

Prequisite: Make sure your signature has been added to your user profile. If you haven’t registered your signature yet, refer to the Register your Signature section for step-by-step guidance.
