Approve a T&M Work

The T&M tickets marked as complete by the responsible foremen, get routed to the site superintendent representing the general contractor for final review and approval. The superintendent can conveniently sign off and close the ticket directly from the mobile app.

Alternatively, if permitted by the company managing the project, the contractor's foreman can self-approve minor T&M work on the spot, eliminating the wait for general contractor review and approval.

• Review and approve completed T&M tickets directly from the Linarc OneApp on your mobile device.
• If your signature is registered in your profile, the app will automatically apply it during the sign-off process.
• Once approved, the ticket is marked as closed and archived for records.

To approve a T&M work

• Ensure that you have opened the T&M ticket. If not:
  • Open the T&M module for the project in the Linarc OneApp.
  • Go to the 'In Progress' tab and tap the tile to open the ticket.

• Scroll down and view the cost entries in the 'Equipment' and 'Material' sections 
• Once finalized, tap 'Add Signature and Submit' to approve and close the ticket

The next step is to add your signature for endorsement. The app can automatically add your signature, provided it’s already registered in your profile. If not, draw your signature.

• Tap 'Verify and Submit' and confirm 

The ticket moves to the 'Closed' status.
