- Employees can conveniently view their certifications from the 'My Profile' page on both the web console and mobile app.

This guide outlines how employees can access their certifications from the 'My Profile' screen.
To open the profile screen
- Click your initials/profile picture on the top right
- Choose 'My Profile' from the options
- Open the 'Certificates' tab
Your certificates are displayed as thumbnails, allowing you to easily view or download them directly from this screen.

in the thumbnail to view it in a new browser tab.
- Click
to download it.
- By default, the filename is set to the current date, but you can customize it by entering a preferred name in the text box.
- Click 'Direct Download' to save the file on your device.
