Crew members can access detailed and organized information about a project's construction site through the 'Site Information' screen. This includes shift schedules, site-specific safety and operational protocols, designated working days for the week, and a comprehensive list of observed holidays.
To open the Site Information Screen
- Login to the timecard app and select the project
- Tap the
icon at the top-right
The following details are shown:
- Shift Details - The type of the work shift ane the shift timings
- Site Rules - A detailed guide specifying the safety protocols and essential regulations that crew members are required to follow while working on the construction site. These rules are established by the project manager responsible for overseeing site activities. Scroll the text area to view the complete set of guidelines.
- Site Working Days - The weekly working days of the site. The working days are highlighted in white.
- Holidays - The comprehensive list of holidays covering the entire project's timeline, from the planned start date to the estimated end date.
