Publish a Punchlist Event

A punchlist event allows for the addition of multiple issues identified during it. After all issues have been recorded, the creator should publish the event, which will automatically assign the punchlist items (PLIs) to the designated contractor.

To publish a punchlist event

  • Open the management console of the project
  • Click 'Punchlist' on the top

The 'All events' screen opens by default. Click 'All Events' on the left to return to the Events screen if you are on a different screen

  • Click the name of the event to open it

  • Tap 'Submit' at the top-right of the 'Events' screen

All the items in the event move to the 'Open' state, and the assignee contractor is notified. They can access the PLIs on their web console or the mobile app for their response.
