Once a request is processed by the dispatch staff and the equipment is delivered to the site, the foreman should accept the equipment. The equipment is moved from the 'Requests' tab to the 'Onsite' tab.
The project managers can check the list of equipment on a project site and their details in the 'Onsite' tab. This helps them track the pieces of equipment that are nearing or past the return dates and take measures to return them.
View the list of equipment on site
- Open the management console of the project
- Click 'Schedule' > 'Equipment' on the left
- Click the 'Onsite' tab
- Equipment Name - The model name of the equipment requested
- Requested Date - The date at which the request for the equipment was raised
- Arrived Date - The date at which the equipment was handed over to the foreman on the site.
- Release Date - The date at which the equipment is deemed to be returned from the site.
