After the CO manager, typically the general contractor, has invited the signatories to endorse the document, the 'Signature' screen of the change order details interface shows the signature status of each assignee. The module tracks the signature status and updates every time when an assignee affixes their signature. Once all the assignees have completed their signatures, you can approve the change order after getting the owner's consent.
To view the status of signatures
- Open the project management portal.
- Click 'Change Order' on the top.
- Click 'Boards' on the left
- Open the change order in question and select the 'Signature' tab
The screen shows the signature status of each assignee.
Once all signatories have completed the signing process and submitted the document, you will be notified. You can approve the change order after the signature process is complete.
