Contractors can view the complete details of closed T&M tickets and download the PDF version of it with full details in two ways:
The 'Boards' screen
- Ensure that you are in the T & M 'Boards' screen of the project. If not,
- Open the project management console
- Click the app launcher
and select 'Finance'
- Click 'T & M' on the top. The 'Boards' screen opens by default.
- Click 'Boards' on the left to return to the 'Boards' screen, if you are on a different screen.
The 'Closed' column shows all approved tickets:
- Open the ticket by clicking it. The ticket details screen opens.
The 'Completed' screen
- Ensure that you are in the T & M 'Boards' screen of the project. If not,
- Open the project management console
- Click the app launcher
and select 'Finance'
- Click 'T & M' on the top. The 'Boards' screen opens by default.
- Click 'Completed' on the left.
The 'Completed' screen shows the list of all closed T&M tickets with their details:

- Click the title of the ticket to open it
Ticket Details:
The ‘Details’ tab displays the essential information for the T&M work, including the ticket number, cost and time estimates, description, and an activity log. Any attached files are conveniently shown as clickable thumbnails for quick access.
- Click on a thumbnail to access the attachment
The 'Cost Details' tab shows the actual cost as reported by the responsible contractor:
The summary table on the left displays the total costs incurred for materials, equipment, and labor associated with the work.
- To view a detailed breakdown of any category, simply click the serial number of the corresponding item in the summary table — the detailed information will appear in the right pane.
Download the PDF version of the ticket
- Click the icon
to generate and download the PDF version of the ticket with the details
The 'Downloads' pane displays a list of any previously generated PDF files for the ticket item, if any, providing quick access to past versions for reference or review.
Follow the steps below:
- Step 1: Initiate the PDF generation process.
- Step 2: Download the generated PDF file to your device or Linarc Drive.

- Click 'Generate'
The system compiles the PDF version of the document. The process takes around 30 seconds. You can view/download the PDF from the same pane.
- The PDF features a table of contents with clickable links to respective sections.
Step 2: Download the generated PDF file to your device or Linarc Drive
- Reopen the 'Downloads' pane by clicking the 'PDF' button.
The recently created PDF file is shown at the top of the list, if there are multiple items.
- Click
to open the file in a new browser tab.
- Click
to download it.
- File Name - The filename is automatically set to the title of the ticket. Enter your preferred name in the text box to override the default.
- Click the 'Direct Download' button to save the file directly to your device.
You can also save the file on Linarc's cloud-based project file repository. This allows you to share it with other team members. The folder's access permissions determine which team members can view or edit the file.
- Company Drive- Share with the project team members from your organization:
- Select the folder that corresponds to your company name
- Navigate to the desired folder and click 'Save.'
- Project Drive- Share with the construction team members from any stakeholder organization:
- Select 'Project Drive'.
- Navigate to the appropriate folder and click 'Save.'
You can use the PDF for sharing with others, should the ticket needs inputs from them, and record keeping.
