What should I do if I don’t receive the OTP?

If your one-time-password (OTP) hasn't arrived within a few minutes, please try the following:

  • Check your folders: Search your email inbox as well as your Spam or Junk folders.
  • Resend the request: Click 'Request OTP' in the invitation email again. Note that this will generate a new code and invalidate any previous ones, so be sure to use the most recent one received.
