Linarc enables users to sign documents seamlessly as a mark of endorsement, approval, or acknowledgment. This functionality is valuable across all team levels — whether it's a foreman completing a checklist or a project manager approving submittals, change orders, and other key documents. A signature not only formalizes the action but also serves as a statement of ownership and accountability for the work performed.
To use this feature, each team member must first register their signature in their profile. Once registered, users can easily append their signature when finalizing or approving a document — ensuring a smooth and efficient workflow.
Signatures can be updated at any time by deactivating the existing one and creating a new entry using any of the available methods.
