Review a T&M Ticket - Contractor

Modified on Fri, 18 Apr at 1:30 AM

All T&M tickets created from the field must be reviewed and approved by the designated project manager from the contractor company before execution. The project manager has the following options:

  • Review the scope and details of the work
  • Adjust the quoted estimates as needed
  • Confirm the ticket if the total estimate is within the permissible T&M limit—this automatically releases it to the field
  • Submit for GC authorization if the estimate exceeds the allowed limit—once authorized, the ticket is pushed to the field
  • Reject the ticket if it is deemed invalid
