The Linarc SOV module offers the general contractors monthly comparisons between the planned SOVs and the actuals received, with clear insights into any differences.
- In addition to the planned SOV, Linarc also precisely tracks the monthly SOVs from each contractor based on the completion percentages of the tasks that they work on
- The Planned vs. Actual screen provides a side-by-side view of the planned and actual SOV amounts for every task, broken down by month.
- These comparisons allow the GC to assess whether a task is advanced, delayed, or progresses as planned.
To view the Planned Vs Actuals SOVs
- Open the 'SOV' > 'Planned SOV' screen. To do so:
- Ensure that you are on the management console of the project
- Click the app launcher on the top-right and select 'Finance'
- Click 'SOV' on the top, then select 'Planned Vs Actuals' from the options on the left
Search and filter options:
- Use the 'Search' box located at the top left to find a change order using any value from the table as search criteria
- Right-click the column header and customize the display and order of the columns as you wish
