- Navigate to the management console of the project
- Click 'Site' > 'Equipment' on the left
The 'Equipments' interface opens at the 'Requests' tab:
The requests added by the foremen and the project managers which are pending to be processed and under processing are shown. The requests added to this interface are forwarded to the dispatch staff of the contractor company, who processes the requests and schedules the equipment delivery. The processing stage of the request is shown in the 'Status' column. Project managers can cancel a request before equipment is dispatched.
- Equipment Name - The model name of the equipment requested
- Status - The processing state of the request.
- Requested Date - The date at which the request was raised
- Requested By - The date at which the equipment is required to be on the site.
- Requested Till - The date till which the equipment is required at the site
The right-hand side pane shows the information on the equipment selected from the list. It contains:
- The technical specifications of the machinery.
- A description of the request.
- Details of the task for which the equipment was requested. This also includes the progress of the task as updated by the project managers on the schedule interface.
