Linarc enables seamless collaboration between general contractors and their network of subcontractors, architects, and consultants. To begin working together on the platform, a client (such as a general contractor) must add you to their partner directory by sending an official invitation.
Clients can initiate this in one of two ways:
- Enrolling a New Vendor: If you are new to Linarc, the client will enroll your company into the system, which triggers an email with instructions to set up your account.
- Inviting an Existing Subscriber: If your company is already using Linarc, the client will simply search for your profile and send a direct partnership request.
Once you accept the invitation and establish the partnership, you become available to join the client's active project teams. Through the project portal, this direct connection allows clients to:
- Assign projects and specific tasks to your team.
- Exchange plans, RFIs, change orders, and other essential documents in one place.
- Collaborate on various aspects of construction, like budgets, schedules, etc.
When a client sends you a partnership request, Linarc automatically alerts you. If you are new to the platform, you will receive an email with instructions to set up your account. Once logged in (or if you are an existing user), you will also be notified directly in your Linarc console via the 'Notification' icon at the top right of your screen. Simply click the icon to view your pending requests.
This article explains how vendors and partners can view and accept these incoming invitations to successfully associate with client companies in Linarc.
Accept Invitations from Clients
- Click 'Vendors' at the top of your admin console, then select 'Received' from the left menu
The list of invites from different companies is shown:

- Select the invite you want to accept and click the ‘tick’ icon at the top right
You will be associated with the client. Also, the client will be added as an active vendor for you and moved to the ‘Active’ tab under ‘Vendors.’
Both of you will be able to collaborate on your projects mutually.
- Click ‘Vendors’ > ‘Active’ to view the list of your associates.
- Select an associate to view their details.
