Publish Individual Punchlist Items

You can forward individual PLIs to the assignee contractor at any time. This is useful to:

• Push a high-priority PLI to the contractor for immediate action before completing and submitting an event on the whole
• Push a PLI added to an event after the event has been submitted

To publish an individual punchlist item

• Open the management console of the project
• Click 'Punchlist' on the top
• Open the PLI to publish. You can do this in two ways:
  • Open the event in which the item is included and click the name of the PLI
  • Open the 'Boards' screen and click the item from the 'Draft' column

• Click 'Move to Open' at the top-right.

The item moves to the 'Open' status and is notified to the assignee subcontractor.
