The 'Completed Submittals' screen shows the list of all closed submittals in which you were a participant as the requester, submitter, or approver. From this screen, you can:
- Download a PDF version of any submittal at any time.
- View the details summary of a submittal
- Open a submittal
View and Download Completed and Published Submittals
- Ensure that you are in the management console of the project
- Click the app launcher icon
in the top-right and select 'Documents'
- Click 'Submittals' on the top
- Select 'Completed' from the options on the left
Standard columns:
- PDF - Allows you to view and download the PDF version of the submittal, which includes comprehensive details such as all requests, submissions, notes, and more.

to download a local copy of the PDF

Note:Additionally, the submittal PDF is stored in the project's cloud storage within the 'Approved Submittals' folder for archive purposes.See View Folders and Files for more details
- Submittal No - The serial number of the submittal.
- Title - The subject of the submittal. Click the name to open the submittal.
- Spec Section- Specification from the spec book, which represents the submittal item.
- Revisions - The number of revisions that the submittal has gone through.
- Status - The current progress stage of the submittal.
- Custom Prefix - The prefix added to the submittal number depending on its category
- Custom Sequence - The sequence number assigned to the submittal based on its category
- Created On - The date on which the submittal was generated.
- Created By - The project manager who requested the submittal.
- Due By- The deadline date of the submittal.
- Submittals Type - The form of submittal, for example, shop drawing, cut sheet, material sample, technical specifications, etc.
- Location - The portion/area of the building where the associated task is executed.
- Sequence - The category of the submittal as classified as per your company practices.
Custom Columns:
The table is extended with more columns for custom parameters, if any, specified for the project.
Search and filter options:
- Use the 'Search' box located at the top left to find RFI using any value from the table as search criteria.
- The options at the top right allow you to filter the entries, create nested groups of entries, and manage personalized and customized views of the table.

View Details of a Submittal
- Click the serial number of a submittal to select it.
- A slider opens on the right with the summary of details of the submittal.
- Scroll down to view all the requests, responses, and approval notes of the submittal, along with their attachments
- Click the
icon to open the submittal in a new browser tab
Download as Excel Sheet
- Click the 'Download' button at the top-right to save a local copy of the list in Excel format for sharing and record-keeping
- File Name - The filename is automatically set to the date you download the data. Enter your preferred name in the text box to override the default.
- Click the 'Direct Download' button to save the file directly to your device.
You can also save the file on the Linarc's cloud-based project file repository. This allows you to share it with other team members. The folder's access permissions determine which team members can view or edit the file.
- Company Drive - Share with the project team members from your organization:
- Select the folder that corresponds to your company name
- Navigate to the desired folder and click 'Save.'
- Project Drive - Share with the construction team members from any stakeholder organization:
- Select 'Project Drive'.
- Navigate to the appropriate folder and click 'Save.'
