View Consolidated Budget Across All Projects

Modified on Thu, 5 Jun at 3:04 AM

The Portfolio Budget Details screen offers a comprehensive, centralized view of all budgets for your currently managed projects. This consolidated view includes both the original (baseline) budget line items and any change orders (COs) added to each project. For change orders that involve multiple contractor types and GC management fees, each contractor's work estimate is presented as a separate line item, ensuring complete financial transparency.

  • General Contractors - Get full visibility into the budgets across all projects, facilitating efficient oversight and streamlined management.
  • Subcontractors and Other Stakeholders - Access a consolidated list of budget line items allocated by the GC, allowing you to clearly track the financial aspects relevant to the projects you manage.

To view the consolidated portfolio budget

  • Ensure that you are in the portfolio console.
  • To return to the portfolio console from any other part of the platform:
    • Click the App Launcher buttonin the top-right corner and select "Portfolio" from the dropdown.
  • Click 'Finance' on the top, then select 'Budget Details' on the left

The 'Default View' shows all the standard columns. However, you have the flexibility to customize the table by removing unwanted columns and re-arranging the columns in the order you want to view. Additionally, you can save your customizations as a personalized view to quickly access your preferred table layout in the future. See Customize Columns in List Views for more details.
