View Project Notifications

The Notification Log provides a centralized record of all project-related notifications you receive. It consolidates alerts, reminders, and messages in one place, making it easier to stay on top of project updates and respond promptly.

With the Notification Log, you can:

  • View reminders for pending or overdue workflow items.

  • Get alerts when new workflow items (such as RFIs, Submittals, or Change Orders) are created.

  • Receive updates on project schedule changes and milestone adjustments.

  • Access direct messages and communication from team members.

  • Stay informed about other important project-related activities requiring your attention.

To open the notification log 

  • Ensure you are in the ' Notifications' screen. If not
    • Click the App Launcher buttonin the top-right corner.
    • Select 'Project' from the dropdown menu.
    • Click 'Projects at the top and 'Activity'> 'Notifications' on the left.

The notification log screen opens:

  • Date - The date and time when the activity log was made. You can select the date from the date picker on the top right.
  • Relates to - The project document or the workflow item related to the recorded activity
  • Identifier - The unique number assigned to the workflow item/project document.
  • Activity - The specific action recorded in the activity log.
  • Users - The employee responsible for performing the action.
  • Message Text - The content or summary of the notification message that was sent. It provides details about the event or update that triggered the notification. 
  • Delivery Type - The mode through which the notification was sent, such as Email, In-App, or Push Notification. 
  • Status - Indicates whether the notification was successfully delivered, failed, or is pending.
