Manage participants of a chat

The Crew Collaborate app allows you to add new participants to your chats at any time. This is helpful if you want to add project managers, other foremen, crew members, or staff of other companies participating in the project.

  • Tap the topic to open the chat

  • Tap the icon at the top right to view the details of the chat
  • Expand the 'Members' pane to view the list of all members. This includes staff from all contractor/architect companies collaborating on the project:  

  • Tap 'Add' beside the members to include them in the conversation.
  • Tap 'Remove' beside the members whom you want to remove from the conversation
  • Close the 'Members' pane

You can add more participants to the chat, as explained above.
