Attach Task photos

Modified on Sat, 2 Nov at 8:24 AM

The Task app lets you attach photos to the task entries in the pull schedule. Examples include images depicting task execution and progress, providing guidance, reporting status, materials, hurdles, clashes, etc. These photos serve multiple purposes, mainly the daily field reports. You can directly upload photos from the device camera or choose photos from your device library. You can also attach plan sheets for reference for reporting task progress.

To add a photo to a task

  • Select the project
  • Tap the 'Task' > 'Pulled' tab
  • Tap a task to open its task management screen

Tip:
You can attach photos/plans to tasks in any state, viz. 'Not Pulled,' 'In Progress,' 'Pulled,' and 'Completed.'

Tip:
Use the date filter to view the tasks scheduled within a desired date range. Use the 'Search ' box at the top to search for the task you want to manage.
  • Tap on the task card and open the task details screen

  • Tap on the 'Images' button at the bottom
  • Tap the icons at the top right to perform the respective actions.
