    View Plan Markups

      Article Summary

You can view the markups added to a plan by different sources in two ways:

      • Opening a plan sheet from the 'Plan Sheets' screen
      • Selecting a markup from the list of all plan markups shown in the 'Plans' > 'Markups' screen

This article explains how to open plan markups from the 'Plan Sheets' interface. See Manage Plan Markups for guidance on viewing, editing, and removing markups from the 'Markups' screen.

      View the markups

      • Open the project management console
      • Click 'Plans' on the top and choose 'Plan Sheets' on the left.
      • Click on the thumbnail to open a plan sheet

The latest version inherits all markups made on the previous versions of the same sheet. The drop-down at the top shows the markups on the latest version. This includes the personal markups added from the 'Plans' module, markups added while attaching the plan sheet to items like RFI, Submittals, Change Orders, Punch Lists, etc.

      • Select the markup you want to view
      • Use the layer editor on the left to view and edit the layers on the selected markup

      Edit Markups

      • Click 'Edit Markup' at the top-right if you want to make any changes to the markup you view

You can only edit the markups created by you and not those created by others and shared with you.
