View inactive templates

The 'Workflow > Document - Retired' screen shows the templates that are deactivated. These templates are not available for selection by PMs to apply to the newly created items. However, the existing items, which are already in progress and applied with the template continue to follow the template till the completion of their life cycle.

View the inactive templates

• Login to your company admin console
• Click 'Workflow on the top and  'Documents' > 'Retired' on the left 

The interface shows the list of templates in the inactive state.
