View and update equipment details

You can view details of any equipment in your inventory at any time. 

This is useful for creating maintenance schedules and adding notes for the equipment.

You can also access the user manual for the equipment from the details interface.

To view details of a piece of equipment

• Log in to your company management console.
• Click 'Equipment' on the top, then 'Active' on the left.

The list of equipment in your inventory is shown.

• Select the equipment to open its details pane on the right.

The details pane contains three tabs:

• General Information
• Technical specifications
• Image

General Information

The 'General Information' tab shows the ownership, date of procurement, and serial number of the equipment as in your company register.  

You can edit the notes whenever required. For example, you can note down the next schedule for maintenance.

Technical specifications

The tab shows the technical details of the equipment and the commercial driver's license type required to operate it.

• Click 'Link to Manual' to open the user manual of the equipment published by the manufacturer.
