View details of a subcontractor/vendor

The 'Vendors' pane lets you see the details of your associate company, as registered with Linarc. This is useful if you want to see their field of operation, location, contact details, their years of operation, and more.

To view the details of an associate 

• Click 'Vendors' on the top, then 'Active' on the left

The list of subcontractors and vendors associated with your account is shown:

• Select a subcontractor or vendor to see their details.

 The details pane opens at the right. It contains two tabs:

• Information
• Licenses

The 'Information' tab

The information tab shows the general details of the company, its address, and its years of operation. It also shows the details of the contact person of the company, their position in the company, their contact phone number, and email.

The licenses tab shows the details of the contactor and work licenses possessed by the company:
