      Article Summary

      The app helps workers and crew members on the field to digitally punch in and punch out their daily timecards and record their time spent on each task they worked on. The intuitive screens help workers to mark their time cards and edit and submit them easily. The app also allows the workers to report accidents and other safety incidents to the office, view their payroll, upload photos, and chat with other team members.

      Once you login to the app, the 'Stop-Watch' tab opens with the project selection screen:

      The list shows the list of projects to which you are added. You can select the project to punch the timecard, only if you are within the geofence area surrounding the job site. Those sites are shown in red.

      • Click the location icon beside the site name to view its location on a map. 

      Once you choose the site you are in, the tasks assigned to you on that project are shown as a list:

      The menu items at the bottom allow you to navigate to the main menus:

      Stop Watch - Clock time-in, record task time spent on various tasks and breaks, and submit time cards

      Logs - View the log of projects, tasks, and the time spent on any day in the past. You can also edit the time card for the current day from this screen.

      More - Report accidents and safety incidents, view your payroll add photos, chat with your team members, and more.

      Account - The account menu lets you view your profile details, update your profile picture, change the password, and more.
