Schedule and Manage Field Tasks

The 'Tasks' interface shows the list of all field tasks scheduled for the project and executed by your company. You can select the tasks that you want to carry out for the next few days, set their timelines, assign resources and track them to completion.   

The interface has three tabs:

• Planned - Shows all tasks in the project's field schedule as assigned by the project manager. The tasks are color-coded based on their statuses and shown with their progress percentages. You can pull tasks from this screen for execution. See View assigned field tasks and Pull tasks for execution for more details.  
• Pulled - The tasks that are taken for execution for the next few days, in line with their original schedule. See Pull tasks for execution for more details.  
• Completed - Shows the tasks finished to 100 percent.
