Switch between Standard and Custom WBS code settings

You can change the mode of WBS codes of the schedule items between standard and custom code structures at any time while adding the schedule, before the first item in the schedule is published. 

• You cannot switch the mode if at least one of the schedule items is assigned to a contractor and published.
• If you switch the mode, the existing schedule will be fully deleted.  

To switch the mode

• Click the gear icon at the top right

The WBS settings dialog appears:

• Choose the mode you want to use and click 'Proceed'

A warning dialog appears:

• Click 'Proceed' to change the WBS numbering mode.
