Start a chat

- Click the icon at the top right of the project management console.
The screen shows the topics of the group chats in which you are a member on the left. The list shows all chats, including context-specific conversations for scheduled tasks, submittals, RFIs, COs, etc., and general conversations.
- Click on the top right
- Enter the subject of the conversation as the topic name.
- Click 'Add Topic.'
The conversation is created:
By default, only the creator is included as the participant in the chat. The next step is to add the members for this conversation.
- Click the icon at the top.
The 'Select People' pop-up shows the list of project managers and project directors involved in the project from all contractor and architect companies.
- Select the people to add to the conversation
- Click 'Add Members'
The participants are added to the conversation.
- Enter your message at the textbox at the bottom
You can also format your text using the options at the bottom left and add image attachments from your local storage by clicking the image icon at the right.
- Click the button to send your message.
- Alternatively, press 'Ctrl' + 'Enter' on your keyboard
All participants will get notifications on their project management console portal. The 'Collaboration' menu on the top indicates the number of new messages waiting for their perusal and response.
Chat away! You can make any announcements, ask for or provide any clarifications, your instructions, opinions, advice, and so on.
