Guest users whose services are no longer needed can be terminated from the project. Linarc will no longer allow those guest users to take part in any workflow item in your project but will preserve their account details and work history.
To remove a guest user
- Open the project management portal
- Click 'Project' on the top
- Click 'Guests' on the left
- Find the guest user from the list
Tip:
Use the Search and Filer options on the right to find the user you want to remove.
