The 'Pulled' tasks screen shows the list of undergoing tasks and the tasks scheduled for the coming days. You can view the details of the tasks and perform various actions like adding/removing crew members and equipment, updating progress, attaching task progress photos, and more.
To manage pulled tasks
- Open the 'Foreman' app
- Select the project
- Tap the 'Task' menu at the bottom tab bar
- Choose the 'Pulled' tab to view the list of pulled tasks
- Tap on a task to manage
Tip:
Alternatively, you can open the task management screen from the 'Planned' tasks tab by touching any pulled task in 'Pulled' (orange) or In Progress (yellow) status.

The task management screen lets you:
- Add or remove crew members
- Update task progress
- Attach task progress photos
- Add task notes
- Chat and collaborate on tasks
